If you have HELM control panel for your hosting

STEPS FOR CREATING DATABASE AND USER NAME

1) Login to Your Control panel.

2) Select My Domain. Click link on your domain name.

3) Select Ms Sql 2005 from control panel Dash-Board.

4) Create a Database

5) Create a User. While creating the user, you must assign the database to the user.

For Uploading your Database

Connect your Database Remotely using Ms sql Management studio Express

Provide the Details As Follows

Server Type      : Database Engine
Server Name     : domainname.com\helm
Authentication : Sql Server Authentication
Login             : Database_User
Password          : Database_ Password

After connecting your database you can execute the queries .

NOTE : In the Server Name you can Provide your domainname.com\helm (or) ipaddress\helm
