If you have HELM control panel for your hosting
STEPS FOR CREATING DATABASE AND USER NAME
1) Login to Your Control panel.
2) Select My Domain. Click link on your domain name.
3) Select My Sql from control panel Dash-Board.
4) Create a Database
5) Create a User, while creating the user assign the database to the user.
To connect your Database Use PhpMyAdmin
To Manage using phpMyAdmin Contact the Server Support by raising a ticket, and you will be provided with a secure link to manage your MySQL database using phpMyAdmin.
